Miso Butter
Ingredients
- 1 pound unsalted butter, room temperature
- ½ pound white miso
- Zest of 1 lemon
- ½ teaspoon yuzu juice
- Pinch of white pepper
Preparation
Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend thoroughly. Chill.
