Georgian Spice Mix

Ingredients

  • 2 T Dried marjoram
  • 2 T Dried dill
  • 2 T Dried summer savory
  • 2 T Dried mint
  • 2 T Dried parsley
  • 2 T Ground coriander seeds
  • 1 T Fenugreek leaves
  • 2 T Marigold petals, dried, ground
  • 1 T Black pepper
  • 2 T Fenugreek seeds
  • 2 Bay leaves, crushed
  • 1 T Dried basil
  • 1 T Dried thyme

Preparation

Grind all ingredients together.
