Juicy Lucy Burger

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Chef’s Line® Pimento Cheese Spread
  • 1 ea. Cattleman's Selection® Beef Patty, 6 oz.
  • 3 slices Monarch® Crinkle-Cut Dill Pickle Chip
  • ½ oz. Cross Valley Farms® Sliced Red Onion
  • ½ oz. Cross Valley Farms Shredded Lettuce
  • 4 oz. Chef’s Line Natural Fry
  • 1 oz. Monarch Dill Pickle Spear

PREPARATION

  1. Divide beef patty in half, or use ground beef to use two 3 oz. pieces. Flatten each piece.
  2. Place pimento cheese into the center of one 3 oz. patty. Place the other 3 oz. patty on top and squeeze around the edges to create seal.
  3. Season patty and place on flattop, cooking each side for about 3½ minutes. Remove patty and hold warm.
  4. Toast the bun on a flattop grill.
  5. Fry French fries, season with kosher salt and hold hot.
  6. From bottom bun, build your Juicy Lucy with shredded lettuce, then Juicy Lucy, sliced pickles and red onions.
  7. Place the top bun on top, and garnish with fries and pickle spear.

Serves 1 burger
