Juicy Lucy Burger
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Chef’s Line® Pimento Cheese Spread
- 1 ea. Cattleman's Selection® Beef Patty, 6 oz.
- 3 slices Monarch® Crinkle-Cut Dill Pickle Chip
- ½ oz. Cross Valley Farms® Sliced Red Onion
- ½ oz. Cross Valley Farms Shredded Lettuce
- 4 oz. Chef’s Line Natural Fry
- 1 oz. Monarch Dill Pickle Spear
PREPARATION
- Divide beef patty in half, or use ground beef to use two 3 oz. pieces. Flatten each piece.
- Place pimento cheese into the center of one 3 oz. patty. Place the other 3 oz. patty on top and squeeze around the edges to create seal.
- Season patty and place on flattop, cooking each side for about 3½ minutes. Remove patty and hold warm.
- Toast the bun on a flattop grill.
- Fry French fries, season with kosher salt and hold hot.
- From bottom bun, build your Juicy Lucy with shredded lettuce, then Juicy Lucy, sliced pickles and red onions.
- Place the top bun on top, and garnish with fries and pickle spear.
