Italian SAUS'GE Veganizza

Ingredients

  • 1 ea. Chef's Line® Gluten-Free Sweet Potato Flatbread
  • 3 oz. Molly's Kitchen® Plant-Based* Italian Style Saus'ge Topping
  • 4 oz. Glenview Farms® Vegan Mozzarella Style Shreds
  • 1 oz. Rykoff Sexton® Caramelized Sliced Onions
  • 3 oz. Roseli® Pizza Sauce

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Lay flatbread on parchment-lined sheet pan.
  3. Layer ingredients on flatbread: pizza sauce, vegan cheese, vegan saus'ge, caramelized onions.
  4. Bake until cheese melts and crust is crisp.
