Ingredients
- 1 ea. Chef's Line® Gluten-Free Sweet Potato Flatbread
- 3 oz. Molly's Kitchen® Plant-Based* Italian Style Saus'ge Topping
- 4 oz. Glenview Farms® Vegan Mozzarella Style Shreds
- 1 oz. Rykoff Sexton® Caramelized Sliced Onions
- 3 oz. Roseli® Pizza Sauce
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Lay flatbread on parchment-lined sheet pan.
- Layer ingredients on flatbread: pizza sauce, vegan cheese, vegan saus'ge, caramelized onions.
- Bake until cheese melts and crust is crisp.
