Hawaiian Slider Lobster Roll


  • 24 each Hilltop Hearth® Premium Hawaiian Slider Buns
  • 2 pounds lobster meat
  • 1 pound celery
  • 3 tablespoons tarragon
  • 2 cups mayo
  • 3 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
  • 3 ounces lemon juice


Prepare dressing, incorporate mayo, lemon juice, Old Bay Seasoning, chopped tarragon and diced celery. Dressing may be chilled and held/prepped up to 3 days prior to use. 

Shred/pull apart fully cooked lobster meat & claws, fold in dressing. Chill salad prior to service.  

Toast slider buns, fill each with 2 ounces (approximately 1/4 cup) of lobster salad. Yield: 24 each.
