Greens and Beans


  • 1 lb. Chef's Line® All-Natural* Pollo Asado
  • 6 c Molly's Kitchen® Chicken Base, reconstituted
  • 1 c Cross Valley Farms® Diced Yellow Onion
  • 4 ea. Cross Valley Farms Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 2-4 T Monarch® Ground Cumin
  • 4 oz. Roasted Green Chiles
  • 1 c del Pasado® Salsa Verde
  • 1 c Monarch Roasted Corn and Poblano Blend
  • 2 c Monarch Great Northern Beans, drained and rinsed
  • To Taste Monarch Kosher Salt
  • To Taste Monarch Ground Black Pepper


Sauté onion and garlic until soft. Add in ground cumin and stir until fragrant. 

Add roasted green chili, salsa verde, corn poblano blend, and reconstituted soup base. 

Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer and add in beans. Let simmer until flavors are fully combined. Taste for salt and pepper, adjust accordingly. 

Top soup with pollo asado, prepared according to package instructions. Garnish with shaved red radish, thinly sliced cabbage, fresh avocado, and lime wedges.
