Greek Turkey Burger on Pub Grain Bun
Ingredients
- 1 ea. Chef's Line® Pub Grain Bun
- 1 ea. Chef's Line Dark & White Meat Turkey Patty, grilled
- 1/2 c Cross Valley Farms® Salad Mix
- 2 T Chef's Line Tzatziki Cucumber Sauce
- 2 Slices Cross Valley Farms Jumbo Red Onion, sliced
- 4 ea. Rykoff Sexton® Vine Ripe Roasted Wedge Tomatoes
PREPARATION
- Build the burger; start with an even layer of Tzatziki sauce on both sides of the bun.
- On the bottom of the bun, add salad blend; next add grilled burger patty, red onions and roasted tomatoes.
- Lastly, top bun.
