Gluten-Free Rainbow Vegetable Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 Hilltop Hearth® Gluten-Free Hamburger Bun
  • 1 oz. Glenview Farms® Feta Cheese Crumbles
  • 1 oz. Cross Valley Farms® Portabello Mushroom, cooked
  • 1 English Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 oz. Chef's Line® Tzatziki Sauce
  • 1/2 del Pasado® Avocado, smashed
  • 1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper, seeded
  • 1 oz. Cross Valley Farms Carrots, shredded
  • 1 oz. Tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 oz. Radish, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 oz. Cross Valley Farms Red Onion, thinly sliced

PREPARATION

  1. Crumble feta cheese and stir into tzatziki sauce.
  2. Unwrap bun, and toast cut sides on a griddle until toasted and warm.
  3. Spread feta sauce onto cut sides of bun and assemble sandwich by stacking and layering vegetables on bottom half of bun. Top with top half of bun.
