Gluten-Free Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 ea. Hilltop Hearth® Gluten-Free Hamburger Bun
  • 1/2 oz. Glenview Farms® Solid Grade AA Unsalted Butter
  • 1 ea. Glenview Farms Grade AA Large Shelled Eggs, cooked sunny-side-up
  • 4 slices Patuxent Farms® All Natural* Uncured Maplewood Smoked Bacon Raised Without Antibiotics, cooked
  • 2 slices Glenview Farms Mild Cheddar Cheese sliced

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 
  2. Place poblano halves on sheet pan.
  3. Heat chicken and chile dip in microwave or sauce pot.
  4. Place dip into poblanos, top with shredded cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat in oven 10-15 minutes until peppers soften and dip is just crusted and brown.
  6. Top with salsa, tortilla chips and cilantro.
