Gluten-Free Breakfast Sandwich
Ingredients
- 1 ea. Hilltop Hearth® Gluten-Free Hamburger Bun
- 1/2 oz. Glenview Farms® Solid Grade AA Unsalted Butter
- 1 ea. Glenview Farms Grade AA Large Shelled Eggs, cooked sunny-side-up
- 4 slices Patuxent Farms® All Natural* Uncured Maplewood Smoked Bacon Raised Without Antibiotics, cooked
- 2 slices Glenview Farms Mild Cheddar Cheese sliced
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place poblano halves on sheet pan.
- Heat chicken and chile dip in microwave or sauce pot.
- Place dip into poblanos, top with shredded cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Heat in oven 10-15 minutes until peppers soften and dip is just crusted and brown.
- Top with salsa, tortilla chips and cilantro.
