Garlic Roasted Romanesco & Cauliflower with Parmesan Panko


  • 8 oz. Monarch® Romanesco & Cauliflower Florets Blend
  • 1 tsp. Monarch Chopped Garlic in Oil
  • 1/8 tsp. Monarch Kosher Salt
  • 1/8 tsp. Monarch Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/3 c Pacific Jade® Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1/3 c Glenview Farms® Shredded Parmesan Cheese


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 
  2. Combine all of the ingredients together, then spread onto a sheet pan and roast for 15 minutes. Stir and roast an additional 15-20 minutes longer, or until the vegetables are tender and the bread crumbs and cheese are golden brown.
