English Peas with Grapes, Mint and Sumac

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups English peas, blanched
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 6 to 8 mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon
  • 1/4 teaspoon sumac
  • Salt, to taste

Preparation

Add all the ingredients together and toss. Check for seasoning. Plate in a shallow bowl. Makes 2 servings.
