- 10 to 12 mint leaves, gently muddled
- 1½ ounces Caña Brava Rum
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- ¾ ounce lime juice
Build drink in a Collins glass, add cracked ice up to two-thirds of the glass; stir briefly. Fill remaining area with cracked ice. Top with sparkling water, stir, add straw and garnish with a mint sprig.
