Buttermilk Waffles with Bacon Jam Butter
- 1 oz. Metro Deli® Uncured Bacon Jam
- 2 oz. Glenview Farms® European Style Unsalted Butter, softened
- 1 c Monarch® Buttermilk Pancake Mix
- 1 oz. Rykoff Sexton® Pure Maple Syrup
- Stir together bacon jam and softened butter until well blended. Set aside.
- Prepare pancake mix according to package directions, making enough pancakes for 1 portion.
- To serve, spread a dollop of bacon jam butter onto each pancake, and mound remaining on top. Serve with maple syrup.
