Buttermilk Waffles with Bacon Jam Butter


  • 1 oz. Metro Deli® Uncured Bacon Jam
  • 2 oz. Glenview Farms® European Style Unsalted Butter, softened
  • 1 c Monarch® Buttermilk Pancake Mix
  • 1 oz. Rykoff Sexton® Pure Maple Syrup


  1. Stir together bacon jam and softened butter until well blended. Set aside.
  2. Prepare pancake mix according to package directions, making enough pancakes for 1 portion.
  3. To serve, spread a dollop of bacon jam butter onto each pancake, and mound remaining on top. Serve with maple syrup.
