Bison Horseshoe

Ingredients

  • 2 Slices Hilltop Hearth® Texas Toast
  • 1 ea. Cattleman's Selection® All Natural* Bison Burger
  • 1 oz. Molly's Kitchen® Beer Cheese Dip
  • 1 oz. Rykoff Sexton® Caramelized Sliced Onions
  • 1 oz. Monarch® Shoestring Fries
  • Cilantro, Minced

PREPARATION

  1. Season bison patty with salt and pepper. Grill to desired temperature. 
  2. Butter and toast Texas toast. Heat caramelized onions. Heat beer cheese sauce. 
  3. Fry french fries until crisp. Season with salt and fresh cilantro. 
  4. Place burger onto one slice of Texas toast. Top with beer cheese, caramelized onions, french fries and the other slice of Texas toast.
