Bison Horseshoe
Ingredients
- 2 Slices Hilltop Hearth® Texas Toast
- 1 ea. Cattleman's Selection® All Natural* Bison Burger
- 1 oz. Molly's Kitchen® Beer Cheese Dip
- 1 oz. Rykoff Sexton® Caramelized Sliced Onions
- 1 oz. Monarch® Shoestring Fries
- Cilantro, Minced
PREPARATION
- Season bison patty with salt and pepper. Grill to desired temperature.
- Butter and toast Texas toast. Heat caramelized onions. Heat beer cheese sauce.
- Fry french fries until crisp. Season with salt and fresh cilantro.
- Place burger onto one slice of Texas toast. Top with beer cheese, caramelized onions, french fries and the other slice of Texas toast.
