Biscuit Breaded Chicken Chunks with Spicy Honey & Smoked Blue Cheese
- 6 oz. Patuxent Farms® Biscuit Breaded Chicken Breast Chunks, cooked
- 2 oz. Monarch® Spicy Honey Wing Sauce, heated
- 2 oz. Glenview Farms® Applewood Smoked Crumbled Blue Cheese
- 1 oz. Cross Valley Farms® Fresh Green Onion, large, bias cut
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked biscuit breaded chicken chunks, spicy wing sauce and 1 ounce of the crumbled smoked blue cheese.
- Toss until all of the ingredients have been coated in the wing sauce.
- Transfer coated chicken chunks to a plate and garnish with the remaining blue cheese and sliced green onion.
