Biscuit Breaded Chicken Chunks with Spicy Honey & Smoked Blue Cheese


  • 6 oz. Patuxent Farms® Biscuit Breaded Chicken Breast Chunks, cooked
  • 2 oz. Monarch® Spicy Honey Wing Sauce, heated
  • 2 oz. Glenview Farms® Applewood Smoked Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • 1 oz. Cross Valley Farms® Fresh Green Onion, large, bias cut


  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked biscuit breaded chicken chunks, spicy wing sauce and 1 ounce of the crumbled smoked blue cheese.
  2. Toss until all of the ingredients have been coated in the wing sauce.
  3. Transfer coated chicken chunks to a plate and garnish with the remaining blue cheese and sliced green onion.
