All Natural Turkey & Bacon Sandwich


  • 48 each Chef's Line® Organic Sliced Multigrain Bread
  • 48 each Applewood smoked bacon slices
  • 4 pounds Metro Deli® All Natural* Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
  • 24 lettuce leaves
  • 1 pint Monarch® Bacon Aioli Spread
  • 8 Cross Valley Farms® Baby Beefsteak Tomatoes


Toast sliced bread, top with 1 tablespoon bacon aioli on both pieces.

Slice turkey, portion 3 ounce servings. Slice tomatoes, 2 per serving. 

Tray bacon on sheet pan. Bake at 375°F for 12-14 minutes, high fan, until bacon is crispy. Drain. 

Assemble sandwich with 2 slices of tomato, 2 slices bacon, 3 ounces turkey and one large lettuce leaf. 

Cut in half or quarters.  

Serve with favorite side such as French fries, pickles, potato salad or Metro Deli® Chips. Yield: 24 each.
