Preparation Instructions

  • Grill, sauté pan or flat top griddle: cook for 6–8 minutes on medium heat, turning every few minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Convection oven: place thawed patty on a parchment paper-lined sheet pan. Cook in a preheated 350°F oven, using low fan, for 6 minutes, then turn patty and cook for an additional 5–7 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
