Preparation Instructions

  • Recommended thawing instructions: Place desired portion of frozen shrimp into covered container and refrigerate overnight. Once thawed, rinse lightly under cold running water and drain. Do not refreeze thawed shrimp
  • Quick thawing instructions: Place desired portion of frozen shrimp into strainer and rinse lightly under cold running water. While rinsing, rotate shrimp to ensure even thawing. Drain excess water. Do not refreeze thawed shrimp
