Preparation Instructions
- Heating equipment varies, times are approximate. Heat to an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Flat Top: Preheat flat top to 400°F. Apply oil or cooking spray to flat top surface. Cook sausages for 4-5 minutes per side. Add water and cover to steam for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat, use as desired
- Sauté pan: Preheat a sauté pan over medium heat. Once hot, apply oil or cooking spray. Cook sausage for 5-6 minutes per side, turning every 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat, use as desired.
