ELIGIBILITY: All independent restaurants (IR) operating in the continental USA. Independent restaurant is defined as having ten or less store fronts owned and operated by a common entity. Product availability is limited to one kit per store/address.
TERMS: All IR are eligible to request a kit. Supplies are limited and will be provided on a first come/first serve basis to the requests that are received.
PROCESS: All IR must submit their request to obtain a kit on our campaign website usfoods.com/reopen You do not need to be a US Foods customer to participate. Participation is not conditional on purchase or on permission for future marketing contact. Respondent submits information, including (if applicable) their customer number. We collect their business name, address, web address (for restaurant), and if they are NOT a customer, we collect a few details on their business (type of restaurant, primary shipping method, estimated weekly purchase of ingredients). They are then asked if they (1) agree to have a US Foods representative contact them and (2) if they agree to receive marketing materials from US Foods. Yes/no responses allowed. All entries are screened, and if they do not meet the requirements of being an IR we will send an email indicating that they did not meet the requirements of being an IR. If we confirm they are an IR, we fulfill the order and send a confirmation email that the kit is on its way.
LENGTH: The campaign runs from June 1 – June 19 or until supplies last.
KIT CONTENTS: Each kit contains one case of disposable face masks, one case of tamper-evident seals and five signs/decals/window clings. In addition, each kit will also contain one reopening blueprint and information on how to attend our free webinars or obtain free menu templates, etc. Estimated value $100.
