World Champion pastry chefs Sebastien Cannone and Jacquy Pfeiffer, owners of the French Pastry School, will demonstrate the art of making chocolate candies from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the World Kitchen inside the Gallery 37 Center for the Arts, 66 E. Randolph.
The class will cover the history of chocolate as well as tempering and proper handling of chocolate. Recipes for truffles, molded bon- bons and sugar candies also will be available.
